Refunds & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
Used, worn, installed or altered hair products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom coloured bundles and units are non-refundable and final sale due to the personalized coloring process.
We strive to display our hair colours as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting, editing and screen settings, slight colour variations may occur.
Due to the nature of raw human hair, no two bundles are exactly the same. Slight variations in colour, texture and pattern are normal and part of the authentic beauty of raw hair.
We do not accept returns of used products. If the seal on the bundle has been broken, your return will be refused. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, provided that the bundles have not been used and the seal remains unbroken.
