Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Elové Luxury Hair, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment & Order Processing

Orders paid using Klarna, Riverty or in3 may require up to 12 days for payment processing and confirmation. The order processing time will only begin once the payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

After payment confirmation, the following order processing times apply:

Natural Colour: 3–5 business days
Custom Colours: 6–8 business days

Please note that for orders paid with Klarna, Riverty or in3, the 3–5 or 6–8 business day order processing time is in addition to the payment processing period of up to 12 days.

Shipping time begins only after payment processing (where applicable) and order processing have been completed.

Orders placed using other payment methods will proceed directly to the applicable order processing period once payment has been successfully received.

Custom payment plans: Orders placed through a custom payment plan will only be shipped once the full outstanding balance has been paid.

Deposits and custom coloured orders are non-refundable and final sale.
