All orders are shipped with PostNL tracked & signed shipping.

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on product availability and current order volume.

Estimated shipping times:

• Bundles: 8–10 business days
• Closures, frontals & highlighted hair: 10–12 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Elové Luxury Hair is no longer responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packages.

In the event that PostNL loses your package, the customer is responsible for contacting PostNL directly and submitting a claim with the courier. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist further once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
